Thai Fish Cake


Thai Fish Cake

Ingredients:
300 gram of white fish fillets
3 green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp of brown sugar
1.5 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of cumin powder
1 tsp of chili powder
2 tbsp of fish sauce
3 tbsp of Corn flour
1 Egg
4 tbsp of thick coconut milk
1 tsp lime zest (or kaffir lime leaves)
Rice bran oil for frying
1/2 tsp of grated ginger

Method:
Put fish fillets in the food processor
Once smooth, moved to a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except oil, mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and spoon 1 tbsp at the time into the frying pan.
Continue until the mixture finished.
Ready to serve.
