Oyster Sauce Fried Rice

Ingredients:

2 plates of overnight rice
1/2 brown onion, finely chopped
100 gr of cabbage, finely chopped
1 tbsp of sambal oelek / chili paste
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp of fish sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
pepper
2 tbsp rice bran oil


Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, sautee for 1 minute.
Then add sambal oelek, sautee until onion translucent.
Add rice, cabbage, fish sauce, oyster sauce.
Mix well until cabbage cooked.
Last add spring onion, mix well and switch off the stove.
Ready to serve.
