Sautee Prawns and Green Beans


Ingredients:
250 - 300 grams of prawns, cleaned & leave tail on
Green Beans
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
3 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of raw sugar
Water as needed
2 tbsp of Rice Bran oil
1 tsp chili flakes


Method:

Heat oil in a pan, once hot add prawns, sautee until just cooked, leave aside.
Use the remaining oil to sautee garlic until fragrant.
Add green beans, while sauteing add water, close the lid until almost cooked.
Put in the prawns, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and chili flakes.
Mix all well, saute for about 1 minute further.
Then ready to serve with steamed rice.
