Marbled Brownies

Marbled Brownies
Ingredients:

125 gr butter, chopped
1 cup diet sugar
100 gr dark cooking chocolate
100 gr white cooking chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plain flour

Method:

Preheat oven 170C/150C fan forced. Greased cake pan with baking paper.

Divide butter and sugar between 2 heatproof bowls.
Add dark chocolate to one bowl.
Add white chocolate to the other bowl.
Place bowls over saucepans of simmering water
(don't let bowl touch water).
Cook and stir until melted and smooth.
Cool slightly.

Add 1 egg to each bowl.
Add vanilla extract to white chocolate mixture.
Using a wire balloon whisk, whisk until combined.
Sift half the flour into each bowl; fold until just combined.

Pour chocolate mixture first on the cake pan, smear it evenly.
Sprinkle raisins on top.
Pour white chocolate mixture on top and mix it in with fork gently.

Into the oven and bake for 35 minutes or cooked,
I use a skewer to checked it, when skewer come out clean, that means the cake is cooked.

Cool in pan and cut to pieces for serving.
