My Fish Cake


MY FISH CAKE

I have a little fish fillet and a carrot, which was starting to get old in the fridge.
Thinking of making something from it, I came out with my fish cake.

Ingredients:
250 gr White fish fillets
a knob of ginger, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 carrot, grated
1 long red chilli, deseeded, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
salt & pepper
oil for frying





Method:

Put fish fillet in the food processor until smooth.
TIP: make sure the fish is cold (Not frozen, nor in room temperature) this will make the fish fillets easy to processed in the food processor.
Move fish fillets in a bowl, add other ingredients in it (except oil).
Mix them well and form balls until all mixture finished.

Heat oil in high heat, once hot, turn the heat down to medium-moderate heat.
Put the ball into the oil one by one and press them down so they are flat.
**You can leave them round, if you like**
Fry until all fish cake are fried and cooked.

Serve with sweet chilli (^_^)
