Sautee Prawns Veggies a la Miss Lucky Piggy

(Tumis Udang Sayuran a la Miss Lucky Piggy)




Ingredients:
Long beans (buncis) cut +/- 5 cms
Prawns
50 gr of vermicelli, soak in hot water
1 small can of champignon whole
3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp of oil for sautee
50 ml of water, as needed
'Ikan Bilis' cube, Malaysian 'Knorr' brand (you can find it in Asian stores) - see picture below
2 spring onion, finely chopped
Pepper























Direction:
1. Heat oil & add garlic, sautee until fragrant.
2. Add cauli flower, long beans until almost cooked.
3. Add prawns, champignon, ikan bilis cube, pepper mix well and cook.
4. Add water -as needed, not too much as we don't want it to be soupy- mix well.

Serving suggestion: with white rice.

Garnish: fried red onion (I did not use this).

How to make Fried Red Onion (Bawang Merah Goreng):
3 cloves of red onion (if you would like to make more, add more cloves), sliced
Oil
Fry sliced red onion until dried brown color.
Drained, set aside.
