Chicken Mushroom
I used to cook this for my husband's lunch box. It is fast and easy to prepare, also delicious (^_^)
Sautee Chicken and Mushroom
(Tumis Ayam dan Jamur)
Ingredients:
1 skinless chicken breast
1 can of mushroom
3 garlic, minced
3 cm ginger, minced
1 maggie block chicken
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp sweet soya sauce
Directions:
1. Heat oil, add ginger and garlic, sautee until fragrant.
2. Add chicken, sautee until cooked.
3. Add mushroom, maggie block, sesame oil, sweet soya sauce & soya sauce.
4. Sautee until cooked.
Serve suggestion: with white rice / plain rice porridge.
