Nyonya Fried Bee Hoon

Nyonya Fried Bee Hon /
Nyonya Style of Fried Vermicelli Noodle

This dish was inspired by Nyonya Fried Rice recipe I posted in July.

The only difference is I changed rice with vermicelli noodle, shredded cabbage, and carrots
