Sautee Shrimp and Veggies
Shrimp and Veggies
Ingredients:
a handful of Shrimp
1 Tomato
1 bunch Brocollini
a handful of Corn Kernels
1 Chilli
1 cup of mix veggies (potatoes, carrots, corn kernels, baby peas)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp Massel chicken powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 garlic, sliced thinly
5 shallots, sliced thinly
5 lime leaves
Method:
In a hot oil, add garlic, shallots and lime leaves until fragrant.
Add veggies, sautee until half done, then add shrimp.
Add Massel and salt, mix well then add water.
Bring to boil until all cooked.
Ready to serve with steamed white rice.
