My Marble Cake

I know... these pictures above are no where near appetizing... but it did taste nice, seriously :-) or perhaps it tasted nice because I made it? hahaha..

Anyway here is the recipe for My Marble Cake:


Ingredients:

150 gr butter
3 heaps tbsp of diet sugar (I am too fat for raw sugar :D )
2 bananas, mashed
3 eggs, beaten well
1/2 cup choc chips bits
1/2 cup sultanas
3 - 4 tbsp self raising flour
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, dissolved in 1/2 tbsp hot water
Spray cooking oil

Method:
Preheat oven 180 degree celcius.
Spray baking tray with cooking oil.
Mix butter and sugar, then add beaten eggs, bananas, sultanas, choc chip bits, mix well.
Then add flour, mix well.
Pour mixture into the baking tray.
Add cocoa butter on top, mix it with fork.
Into the oven for 30-40 minutes until fork or skewers came out clean.
