Chicken in Soya Sauce and French Poach Eggs


Chicken in Soya Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 Chicken breast fillet, cubed
1/2 cup Green baby peas
1/2 cup Carrots, cubed
2 Garlic, sliced thinly
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1tbsp Sweet Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Method:
In hot pan, add oil.
Once oil is hot, add garlic, sautee until fragrant.
Add chicken, sautee until almost cooked.
Add vegetables, oyster sauce, soya sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix well and cook until all ingredients cooked.
Ready to serve with white steamed rice.
French Poach Egg

Ingredients:
Water
Egg
Salt
White Vinegar
Method:
In a boiling water, add vinegar, mix well, then wait for 30 seconds.
After that, add salt, wait for 30 seconds.
Mix all well and add the egg.
If you have more than 1 egg, do it 1 by 1.
Cook eggs for about 1.5 minutes, depends how you wanna have your poach egg to be.
