Veggies Sautee - in Cap Cay sauce


Veggie Sautee in Cap Cay Sauce
Ingredients:
2 garlic, sliced thinly
1/2 onion, sliced thinly
a handful of snow peas
black mushroom/hioko, sliced
round beans
tofu, cubed
Oil for sautee
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
pepper
Method:
In a hot oil, add garlic and onion, sautee until soften.
Add all veggies, tofu and mushroom.
Mix and cook until half done, add all sauces & pepper.
Mix well, once cooked ready to serve with steamed rice.
