I Fu Mi a la Me
Ingredients:
Dried noodles, ready to eat
Minced chicken
Black mushroom / hioko
Tofu
Cauli flower, florets
Carrots, sliced
Corn kernels
Baby peas
Oil
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Pepper, as desired
3 Garlic, sliced thinly
1/2 Onion, sliced thinly
Water, as needed.
Method:
In a plate, put dried noodles on it.
In a hot pan, add oil.
Once oil hot, add onion and garlic, sautee until soft.
Add all veggies, once soft, add soya sauce and oyster sauce.
Add water, mix well.
Once ready, pour it on top of the noodles.
