My Bread Obsession: Panada Ikan


Panada Ikan.
Originally from South Sulawesi, Sulawesi Island, Indonesia.

It is basically fried bread with spiced fish filling.
Here I used canned of tuna.

The beauty of homemade food (and cakes too!),
not only you know what's in it,
but you can filled it with generous filling!

...had it with fresh bird-eye chilis...yum!
