Freezing Pizza Dough



Now that I know how to make pizza dough,
I will always make my own pizza dough.

This pizza dough recipe is very nice,
it can be rolled very thin too.
So we can have a thin and crispy Italian pizza bread.
It is what my family like, thin and crispy pizza bread.

This morning I asked my son if he'd like pizza for after school.
He said yes, so I made 1 x recipe, which I know can make 2 large
thin and crispy pizza bread.


I let it rise until double in size like in this photo:

Punch the dough, let the air out,
divide the dough. I devided into 4 equal size.
1/4 dough is enough to make 1 small pizza for my son.
Just for him, so I don't need to get fatter and fatter
by eating the left overs (haha!)


Get enough cling wrap for each dough.
Spray it lightly.
Put the dough in the middle

The wrap each tightly.


Put them in a freezer bag.
Mark it.
Into the freezer.


Done :)
