Oriental Fried Noodles

Ingredients & Method for NOODLES:
2 pcs Dried noodles (i use "Chang's" brand)
1 Carrots, julienne cut
1 bunch of Choy sum, chopped
1 cup of Frozen corn kernels
Minced turkey
2 garlic, sliced thinly
2 big shallots, sliced thinly
1/2 onion, sliced thinly
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
2 tbsp of sweet soya sauce
Oil & pepper
In a hot oil, add shallot & onion, until translucent, then add garlic,
sautee until fragrant, then add minced.
Cooked minced until the color changed, add all veggies.
Sautee until veggies almost cooked, add noodles,
oyster sauce, sweet soya sauce, pepper.
Once the taste is OK, set aside.
Ingredients & Method for FRIED EGGS:
4 eggs, beaten well
2 spring onion, sliced thinly
1 big red chilli, seeded, sliced thinly
1/2 tsp chicken powder (i use "MASSEL" brand)
1/2 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper
Mix well all ingredients & fry the egg mixtures.
